How-to make a popples ornament

Supplies:
1 large purple pompom for body
2 small purple pompoms for legs
2 smaller purple pompoms for arms
1 very small white pompom for mouth
1 medium orange pompom for hair and end of tail
1 purple pipe cleaner cut about 2 1/2 inches long
1 small oval cut from green felt for belly
2 small ears cut from pink and blue felt
2 very small circles cut from pink felt for cheeks
1 oval cut in half from purple felt for back pouch
2 very small ovals cut from stiff black felt for eyes
1 small piece cut from black pompom for eyelashes
Blue and white paint for eyes
Tacky glue

Glue belly, arms, legs, mouth, and cheeks to body.

Cut orange pompom in half.  Glue one piece on top of head.  Add glue to end of tail and push pompom pieces in glue.  Glue non pompom side of tail to back of pouch then glue to backside.

Glue ear pieces to either side of head.  Add glue to top of head and push looped decorative string in glue.  Add more glue around string and ears, then push pom-pom pieces in glue.  Paint blue eyes on cut black ovals, add a white dot on pupils, then paint nose and mouth using pink and red paint.  Apply glue to back of eyes and use a few cut black pompom pieces for eyelashes.  Glue eyes in place.

It’s turning into an 80s themed tree.  Comment below!
